Role Purpose:
Lead the development and implementation of the company’s global Learning & Development strategy, fostering a learning culture, supporting employee and leadership growth, and ensuring consistency, quality, and alignment of all training processes across all regions.
Key Responsibilities:
1. LMS Implementation and Management:
- Lead the selection, design, implementation, and rollout of the company’s online learning platform (LMS).
- Define structure, learning paths, user management, reporting, and KPIs.
- Ensure system maintenance, updates, and scalability across global operations.
2. Training Design and Execution:
- Develop and implement comprehensive training programs – from onboarding to continuous learning.
- Conduct organizational and functional needs analysis for employees and managers.
- Create engaging digital and in-person training materials (presentations, videos, guides, simulations).
- Evaluate learning effectiveness and apply continuous improvement practices.
3. Employee and Leadership Development:
- Design and implement Individual Development Plans (IDPs).
- Lead global leadership development programs focusing on management, communication, and team leadership skills.
- Facilitate cross-organizational learning initiatives, workshops, and knowledge-sharing forums.
4. Mentorship and Coaching Programs:
- Build and manage a global mentorship program for effective onboarding and development.
- Develop tools and guidelines for managers to support new hires and foster professional growth.
- Track program impact and employee satisfaction.
5. Strategic Partnership with HR and Leadership:
- Collaborate with global HR and site managers to identify local learning needs.
- Adapt programs to cultural and legal differences across regions.
- Support talent development and succession planning initiatives.
6. Budget and Vendor Management:
- Manage the global L&D budget and oversee external vendors and consultants.
- Ensure timely delivery of programs and alignment with business goals.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Education, Organizational Development, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in L&D roles, including at least 2 years in a global environment.
- Proven experience implementing and managing an LMS.
- Strong background in end-to-end training development and delivery.
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
- Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
- Creative, strategic, and hands-on mindset.
