The Chef is responsible in partnering with the Executive Chef to establish best practices, and deliver excellence with a business mindset in all culinary operations. The Chef supports the Executive Chef in managing the Sous Chef, Line Cooks, Prep Cooks and support staff in all day to day functions.


Sous Chef

The Sous Chef works closely with the Executive Chef to maintain the highest quality and standards in the daily operations of kitchen. They oversee development and execution of the menus service daily. This position also has an active role in the management and development of Sous Chefs, Line Cooks, Prep Cooks and all hourly team members. The Executive Sous Chef will be in charge of holding the Sous Chef team accountable to consistent feedback and career development through their performance objectives and has an integral responsibility to partner with the Executive Chef, focusing on business and department goals.



The line cook will work closely with the culinary supervisor to monitor food and prepare products for daily service at the corporate Location. This position is responsible for executing daily breakfast and lunch buffet menus in a corporate office setting. Daily responsibilities include working alongside the Culinary Supervisor to heat, plate and serve the menu, while maintaining a clean, organized work area.


Front of house staff

The front of house staff members in a restaurant are our face. They are the employees that customers come in contact with.
We are looking for trusty, well-presented front of house staff to supplement our existing team.

Site Manager

The site Manager executes the successful daily hospitality operations. The Manager trains, and leads hourly Team Members with the goal of running amazing shifts. This position reports into and works with the General Manager to improve processes, build sales, and uphold cost controls put in place by management while always living Our Family Values. The Manager is tasked with the responsibility of continuing a culture of Enlightened Hospitality, while ensuring the venue remains profitable and delivers on excellent product and service.
