Recall Opportunity Notice
This notice is being issued in accordance with the Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) to fill a permanent vacancy in the Front of House classification.
Eligible employees with recall rights will be considered in accordance with seniority and qualification requirements outlined in the CBA.
Position Summary: The Front of House position is a bargaining unit role responsible for customer-facing support and front-end operations. Duties and responsibilities remain consistent with the established classification.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers or guests in a professional manner
- Support front counter or service operations
- Respond to inquiries and direct requests appropriately
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of front-facing areas
- Perform other duties consistent with the Front of House classification
Qualifications
- Must have active recall rights under the CBA
- Ability to perform the essential functions of the position
- Prior experience in the same or similar classification preferred
Compensation & Terms
- Compensation will be paid in accordance with the CBA rate for the Front of House classification
- All wages, premiums, and working conditions will be applied in accordance with the CBA
- Seniority will govern selection and assignment
Schedule & Hours
- Work schedules will be assigned based on operational needs
- Hours and schedules are subject to change
- Shift assignments will be administered in accordance with seniority and scheduling practices]
Recall / Selection Process
- Employees with recall rights will be contacted using their last known contact information
- Selection will be based on seniority and ability to perform the work
- Employees must respond within 72 hours to indicate interest
Posting Period
This notice will remain posted for a minimum of three (3) calendar days.
