About the Role

We’re looking for a Culinary Chef who enjoys both — high-level cooking and working in a dynamic, fast-paced kitchen.

This role is for someone who values quality and precision, but also knows how to operate during real service.

You’ll be part of a live kitchen environment, where consistency, teamwork, and attention to detail matter every day.

What You’ll Do

• Prepare and execute dishes aligned with Yarzin-Sella culinary standards
• Maintain high standards of taste, presentation, and consistency
• Work with diverse menus (vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, etc.)
• Take part in developing and improving menus
• Work closely with kitchen teams and support daily operations
• Train and guide team members through hands-on work
• Manage ingredients, inventory, and cost awareness
• Interact with guests and respond to feedback
• Perform professionally during busy service

What We’re Looking For

• At least 3 years of experience in a professional kitchen
• Strong culinary fundamentals and knowledge of food safety
• Experience in high-quality kitchens or high-volume environments — an advantage
• Ability to work in a team and take responsibility
• Attention to detail, consistency, and a professional mindset
• Passion for food and hospitality
• Culinary education — an advantage
