Yarzin Sella High-End Food Services is an international catering company specializing in premium corporate dining services for leading IT companies. We are looking for a Site Manager to lead our on-site corporate dining operation in Kyiv.

This role combines operational leadership, service excellence, client relationship management, team coordination, and continuous improvement to ensure an exceptional dining experience for our client.

Позиція поєднує операційне управління сервісом, контроль стандартів якості, взаємодію з клієнтом та координацію команди.

Key Responsibilities

• Organize and oversee the daily operation of the corporate dining site.
• Prepare and ensure readiness of the service area before daily operations.
• Monitor product availability and maintain operational checklists.
• Ensure food presentation and merchandising standards are consistently followed.
• Coordinate breakfast, coffee break, lunch, and catering services.
• Monitor food safety, hygiene standards, and product shelf life.
• Supervise coffee stations and ensure their continuous operation.
• Maintain effective communication with the client, kitchen team, and service staff.
• Coordinate and support on-site events and special catering activities.
• Monitor operational budgets, basic financial reporting, and KPI performance.
• Identify opportunities to improve service quality and enhance the overall guest experience.

Основні обов’язки

• Організація та контроль щоденної роботи локації.
• Підготовка зони сервісу до початку робочого дня.
• Контроль наявності продукції, ведення чек-листів.
• Контроль стандартів викладки продукції.
• Координація сніданків, кавових перерв та обіднього сервісу.
• Контроль санітарних норм та термінів зберігання продукції.
• Контроль роботи кавових машин.
• Комунікація з клієнтом, кухнею та сервісною командою.
• Підтримка заходів та кейтерингів на локації.
• Контроль базової фінансової звітності та виконання KPI.
• Участь у покращенні сервісу та клієнтського досвіду.
